Self-empowerment was the focus when Karolyn began studying yoga in 2003.  Her studies turned toward instruction in 2006 when she began attending the Boustany Teacher Training program and has continued into the Advanced Teacher Training Program. Welcoming the goofy and the graceful, her classes offer strength and growth in a relaxed yet active atmosphere.
