The Abhyasa Yoga Studio is located at 3400 Montrose, Suite 303, Houston, TX 77006.  Our studio is one traffic light north of West Alabama and one light south of Westheimer on  Montrose.       We are in the same building as Scott Gertner's Skybar, on the third floor. Access is available through stairwells in the dedicated parking garage  behind the building (free of charge to those visiting our studio), or via the elevator in the lobby.
