In 2005 a friend introduced Norah to Power Vinyasa yoga. She immediately fell head-over-heels in love and has continued as a devoted practitioner. She has deepened her practice by incorporating other styles including Baptiste, Forrest, and Boustany methods as well as training in Kundalini and Ashtanga. Norah travels frequently and aims to experiment with yoga in every new city she visits. This inclusion of various styles gives her a well-balanced view of the forms being practiced around the world. Norah holds a BA in Theatre and Spanish and is graduating in December 2008 with a BS focusing on Health Education and Promotion from the University of Houston. She is knowledgeable in nutrition, juice fasting, and cleansing diets. Her classes are open-hearted, open-minded and filled with love. She focuses on breathe, connectivity to movement, and healing alignment. She believes that emotional freedom and release stem from alleviating the daily stressors in our lives and creating balance from a peaceful yoga practice.
